How to Cleanse and Charge:
To cleanse your rose quartz rinse under cool running water for 2-5 minutes or bury it in the earth for a few hours to connect the crystal back to the earth's energy.
 
To charge your crystal leave out in sunlight or moonlight for a few hours (be careful with leaving it in sunlight though as this will cause the colour to fade).
