About Crystals and Crafts
We are a small husband-and-wife team based in Whitland, Wales, who began our journey through a shared appreciation for the natural beauty of our planet, especially in the form of crystals.
What started as an online shop gradually grew into something more. After moving to Wales, we were able to create our physical shop by converting our garage into a space where people could explore crystals in person.
Angie has always been drawn to the energy and healing qualities crystals can provide, while Paul has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and formation of the stones themselves. Together this balance shapes the heart of Crystals and Crafts.
Angie’s personal journey began after completing a Reiki course, where she experienced the powerful energy that can be felt when working with intention. That moment sparked a deeper exploration into crystals and energy work, leading to a magical journey of learning and helping others begin their own journeys too.
Today, Crystals and Crafts is a place where people can discover beautiful stones, learn more about their properties, and find the pieces that resonate most with them.
The People Behind Crystals and Crafts
Angie’s interest in crystals grew through her work with energy and Reiki. She loves helping people discover the stones that resonate with them and believes crystals can offer calm, clarity and support in everyday life.
Alongside running the shop, Angie also creates many of the shop’s spell packs and some of the beaded bracelets designed for specific intentions and purposes. These are thoughtfully put together using combinations of crystals chosen for the energies they are traditionally associated with.
Supporting others as they begin their own crystal journeys is one of the things she enjoys most about Crystals and Crafts.
Paul has always been fascinated by the natural beauty of crystals and minerals. Alongside helping run the shop, he also carries out our lapidary work, cutting and polishing some of our rarer geodes and creating cabochons here in our own workshop.
We began doing more of this work ourselves after becoming uncomfortable with some of the conditions in which stones are sometimes processed overseas. Preparing pieces here allows us to work more slowly and respectfully with the stones while ensuring the quality of the pieces we offer.
Our Suppliers and Sourcing
Over the years we have built long-standing relationships with a number of trusted suppliers, many of whom we have worked with for more than ten years. These relationships allow us to source crystals and minerals from people who share our respect for the stones and the environments they come from.
Where possible we aim to work with suppliers who are transparent about where their stones originate and how they are prepared. We also try to ensure items are transported and delivered in the most responsible way we can, balancing quality, care and sustainability.
For us, sourcing crystals is not just about finding beautiful pieces. It is about working with people we trust and bringing stones to the shop that we feel comfortable offering to others.

A Personal Note
